What sets us apart?
In a State full of coffee roasters we are often asked what makes us different.
* We roast our coffee in small batches (under 9 lbs). Smaller batch sizes allow us to keep our quality control on point so that if a roast does produce a sub-par result it doesn't find it's way out of the roastery.
* We use an electric fluid bed air roaster. This type of roaster allows us to make fine adjustments quickly which means more consistency and a higher quality end result.
* We're not interested in being the biggest roaster in the State. Our goal is to roast the highest quality, best tasting coffee.
